A sail that is sold to Daisy as mild ends up including a dramatic heel, which leaves glasses broken and her fuming. To make up for the embarrassment of the first night, Tom tries to prove to his new team that he is good at his job but he struggles along the way. The first crew night out leads to conflict between Tom and Ashley after Ashley dismisses Tom’s advances because of his age.
