Performing on any stage can be dangerous, but it is even moreso when pyros and special effects are involved. Lizzo puts the Big GRRRLS to the test with the Elements Event dancing to "Juice". Anything can happen on stage and a performer needs to be able to handle it all. When Tanisha Scott is concerned not all the girls will be able to handle the show, four of them end up dancing for their lives.

In an attempt to get these dancers to embrace their curves with confidence she sets up a sensual class with body movement expert Rashida KhanBey Miller and the girls will be creating and starring in their own music videos to Missy Elliott's "We Run This".
