The guys start by removing the awkward fireplace, rearranging the master suite and sprucing up the outside with a wraparound concrete deck complete with outdoor kitchen and extensive landscaping. Luke then spends extra hours filling up the home with staging items hoping the resulting transformation will be enough to attract the right buyer and make the months-long project worth the effort.
