A street artist named Sarah has led a tough life being orphaned at a young age and having to fend for herself. Although she hardly remembers her parents, she longs to be in their presence. Sarahs gift for drawing comes naturally, and oftentimes she finds herself drawing images from folklore frightening images that she sees in her dreams.Sarah is not alone in the slums of Jakarta, she is joined by her boyfriend Coki, and her best friend Pinung. Sarahs friends are convinced that she has not let go of the past and what happened to her parents, which is why she keeps drawing the gruesome images she sees in her head. Pinung discovers the countless drawings Sarah has of a strange man on her wall, and Sarah confesses that she does not know who he is.The ordinary life she has longed for for so long is about to become even further out of reach as she finds herself the target of beings called Demit - the same mythological creatures she has been drawing from a world that mere mortals like herself know nothing of.
