It's an uphill battle as Dr. Pol wrestles with Capone, and calls for help from his owners to get the horse treated. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without a meal shared with family and friends and everyone from the clinic gather for a traditional Amish Thanksgiving meal, taking a break from the business of work to enjoy one another's company.
