When Tawni goes she is shocked to discover that it is a cultural wasteland and that the Glendovians think the characters are real check out girls. Meanwhile, an exchange student impresses a girl Nico and Grady like, and they both think it is because of his mustache. They then wear a mustache trying to impress her, but they get themselves stuck in their own mustaches because of the glue.

They get to Sri Lanka’s capital city, Colombo, just in time to see the Navam Perahera – a spectacular parade made up of thousands of dancers and acrobats, and over a hundred decorated elephants.

They soon find out that the demos are picked by a chimpanzee, so they try to bribe it to pick Big Time Rush. Meanwhile, Mrs. Knight tries to be assistant manager to stay at Palm Woods for Katie's sake.
