Carrie is working with the CIA again because Fatima, an informant married to a man working for Abu Nazir, tells Saul that she'll only speak to Carrie. Estes goes to pick up Carrie at her sister's house, and then she's sent to Cyprus, where she's prepped for a brief mission in Lebanon.
