Kate tells Drew that she is ready to have sex with him. They get into an argument, and Kate ends up leaving. They apologize the next day and agree that they were feeling too much pressure. Kate suggests that it would be easier if things were spontaneous. Drew realizes that he is not very good with spontanaeity, and plans a romantic evening. He asks Lewis and Oswald to get Speedy out of the house so that he and Kate can be alone, and to cut the lights. Mike hires a hotshot director to film the mayor's Senate commercial, unaware that Trevor is Caitlin's ex-husband. After the commercial turns out to be a flop and Mike fires Trevor, Caitlin accuses him of being jealous. When a talk with Nikki persuades Mike to express his feelings for Caitlin, he sees her and Trevor in a heated embrace.

Julia tells Justin to think twice before getting married. Bailey finds Evvie passed out from drinking and takes her to the hospital. There he bumps into Holly. Julia tells Justin that she'll miss him. Bailey goes to Holly's and they fight. Charlie lets Daphne take Diana with her, and he and Kristen say goodbye to the baby. The girls find Bailey drunk, and he storms out of the house, crashing his car.

Raina enters the club and reads Hel's mind, learning that she is worried about what's happening to Voice. She approaches Hel and talks to her about Voice, but when Cleo comes over, Raina disappears. Raina next takes control of Sarge's mind and convinces her that Hel is a Betrayer robot. Hel sees a holographic television show that warns viewers about Raina, but she's too late; Sarge attacks her, shooting up the bar. Cleo escapes and goes to find Mauser so that he can build a mind inhibitor to control Raina, but the psychic follows her. Complicating matters, is the family are ""anti-techs,"" people who are strongly against tecnology and robots of any kind, preferring to live in Sherlock's time period.
