Maurice is convinced that Joel's cold medicine contains a new appetite suppressant and he presses Joel to tell him what it is. When that doesn't work, he gets Hayden to try to steal the information. To make her fantasy come true, all Shelly must do is burn Holling's old bathrobe.

Jake apologizes for abandoning Jo, then learns from the FBI that he is to receive a large reward for assisting with the capture of Brittany. Chris continually makes unwanted advances toward Sydney, but Jane believes her sister is just trying to cause trouble. Alison gets her new secretary fired, and picks up a guy at Shooters. She seeks revenge after he leads her to believe he wants a relationship, when he was actually just looking for a one-night stand. Peter Burns, the hospital's new chief of staff, lays down the law to Michael and Kimberly.

Jason agrees to show Neri his and Jason's home on ORCA. After steeling one of Vanessa's uniforms and obtaining a fake ID from Froggy, Brett begins a long-winded tour of ORCA that he hopes will bore Neri into making her visit a short one. Neri however is quickly captivated by ORCA—just as Damien seems to be with her. Getting separated from Jason and Brett, Neri wanders into Dianne's lab where she encounters both Dianne and Commander Lucas. Meanwhile Vanessa discovers that one of her uniforms is missing and has an idea of just who is wearing it. Fortunately Jason and Brett are able to get Neri away from an insistent Vanessa and off of ORCA before any more trouble arises.

When Goo arrives and announces their favorite basketball player, Kendall Gill, is at the Comic Book Store signing autographs, the boys decide to ditch the carnival. This leaves Melanie and Jennifer to work the booth and both end up soaked. But the Comic Book Store is packed and much to Alphie and Dee Dee's surprise their father has to interview Kendall Gill the very same day!
