While in the Frozen North everyone is having fun in the snow when Iago sees the palace of the Ice Efreet and pleads with the others to explore and look for treasure. He is certain the palace is abandoned but that is not the case and they wake up the the Efreet named Frajhid. he is an ice wizard who is not quite as intimidating as he first appears to be. He journeys with Aladdin back to Agrabah and impresses everyone with his ice tricks. But before long he is turning Agrabah into a frozen ice city.

After his therapist pronounces him fully recovered from his break-up with Alex, Brian plunges back into the dating world. His efforts at the Club Car yield nothing of interest (despite Antonio's assistance with the "Good Cop, Bad Cop" routine), so he follows the advice of others and starts dating casual friend Joan. That elusive "spark" that is missing from their first three dates finally comes to life when Brian breaks up with her, but the "spark" that was there during their dates is now gone. Meanwhile, Lowell prepares a commencement address for his alma mater and Casey has trouble getting a good haircut.

Blossom is furious when Joey refuses to set her up on a date with his handsome but dumb teammate Richie, but has to admit he was right when a double date with Joey's dim new girlfriend Tanya bores her to distraction. Meanwhile, Kennedy finds a lost bulldog and is heartbroken when his owner claims him; and Shelly keeps picking on Anthony but won't say why - until we finally learn she is pregnant.

Neri brings Jason's attention to a toxic dump in the ocean that is making Charlie sick. When Jason is reprimanded for leaving an important project, it is up to Lee, Brett, Froggy and Zoe to prove to Commander Lucas that the dumping of waste in the ocean is occurring. A barrel is recovered and dramatically revealed during a presentation on ORCA by Zenco, a major sponsor of ORCA research and the company responsible for dumping the waste. Neri once again expresses her desire to see the inside of ORCA.

Jo is hurt when Jake completely ignores her to visit Amanda, unaware that he is breaking the news of Palmer's death. When Jo shares her feelings with Jake, they get into a heated argument. He turns his apartment keys over to Matt and takes off on his motorcycle. Alison is disgusted when Billy begins dating their new secretary. Jane and Chris ask Sydney to seek Michael's share of the design firm in the divorce settlement, but Michael tricks her into settling for $5000.
