Greg's and Kim's parents all spend Christmas at the Warner house this year. Not all is merry when a discussion about how every child has their 'A' set of grandparents (the ones they love) and their 'B' set (the ones they like) makes Greg realize his parents, Tom and Natalie, aren't Sam's 'A' set. When Greg sees Sam having a great time with Don and Jenny, he snatches Sam away from them, then tries to make his parents play with him. But Tom and Natalie are so dull and awkward around kids that Greg talks to Kim about it. She tells him it's not Sam's fault that Tom and Natalie are meek. Greg turns it into a competition, insistent on making his folks the 'A' grandparents. No matter what he orders them to do to win Sam over, Don and Jenny are one step ahead of him. Greg's angry when Don decides for everyone that they'll be breaking tradition by opening their gifts on Christmas eve. Nikki gets into the Yuletide spirit and prepares her annual Christmas tree-trimming party, but everyone turns her invitations down flat. To lift her spirits, she visits the mall to do her last-minute shopping. When the Santa Claus at the mall suddenly deserts the anxious children waiting to have their pictures taken, Nikki seizes the moment by pretending to be Santa. Just as the mall begins to close, Nikki, Kim, Andell, Stevie, T and Professor Oglevee all end up locked in the department store after being coaxed by a strange man named Walter. Nikki tries to cheer everybody up, but they all seem bothered and grumpy. After a hectic ""Secret Santa"" gift exchange, Nikki becomes upset with everyone's bickering. Realizing how childish they have become, everyone gathers around Nikki and apologize. At first their all happy about it thinking that it's a miracle, but when she takes a pregnancy test she realizes that there's no baby, but Breanna says that there's still a miracle because her parents are together for Christmas.

Atlantis High is a teen comedy TV show, shot in New Zealand in 2001. The plot revolves around 16-year-old Giles Gordon, who has just moved to Sunset Cove, "a beautiful coastal surfing town where the sun is always shining, the people are all beautiful and everything is perfect... or so it seems." He enrolls in Atlantis High School, where he soon discovers that Sunset Cove is unlike any town he's ever seen: populated by double-agents, aliens and high school students with blue hair and pointy ears, its inhabitants are eccentric lunatics who at times turn into superheroes or other whimsical figures. Atlantis High both parodies soap operas and pays homage to spoof television.
