Myles mentions another connection his sister Ann also works at the same law firm. Myles takes the opportunity to reconnect with his sister while trying to uncover who was behind the murders. Ann tells Jack and Myles that Hillary was using a computer program where dates and other things were tracked. Jack learns that Brian Peyton was the hit man behind the murder of James Radley.

Later, things go from bad to worse after a woman dies when Rob has to perform an operation on her throat that he isn't trained to perform! Also, Dr Maria Orton approaches Rob about his supervisor Roger Hurley who she believes is incompetent and only got his job because of the amount of research he does. Karen Taylor is admitted to the ward. She is bleeding internally and requires an operation. Roger performers the operation but things go wrong. Karen is left brain damaged and her child ends up dead and the baby's father, Karen's husband, wants answers.

Krissy had flipped the car in an off-road accident, and the car's condition has declined at a steady pace ever since. Wintergreen chewing gum barely keeps the door's lining from falling down, and an absence of windshield wipers makes it impossible for Krissy to drive in the rain. It's no surprise that Krissy's friends always steer clear of the car, which they describe as "busted and rusted." Krissy has battled drug addiction during her teenage years, and has since turned her whole life around. Currently she is going to school, and working for a PhD in psychology. Krissy thinks that her car deserves a repair to match her personal life, and that's where Xzibit comes in. Xzibit is about to pimp her ride.
