Because he'll be working until 9:00 PM, he won't be able to go to the show, so he asks Fonzie for a refund. Later, Howard tells Richie that he can close the store at 5:00 PM leaving him free to go to the show. He, now, has to ask Fonzie for the tickets back.

Matt decides to give it to the widow of the man he just killed but doesn't realize that Kitty is willing to sell the Long Branch to keep the baby for herself.

But in reality Tony is helping to fake the doctor's death so that the doctor can go under an assumed name, and will no longer have to fear for his life. Why all the trouble? Because this doctor has the secret to extract oil from shale! But even with Tony's help, the bad guys figure out the doctor is not really dead, and kidnap him with plans to sell him to the highest bidder.
