In this emotional episode Lizzo encourages the girls to break through the negativity and past body trauma by embracing their curves fully through a nude photo shoot, but not all the dancers are comfortable with shedding their clothes and exposing the skin they're in. For their big event the group learns lyrical choreography to Lizzo's new single, "Naked".

When Tanisha Scott is concerned not all the girls will be able to handle the show, four of them end up dancing for their lives.

In their final rehearsal they join the OG BIG GRRRLS and Lizzo and Tanisha have to make the tough decision about who will and who will not be joining her at Bonnaroo.

The morning begins with the dancers being awakened by the LANGSTON UNIVERSITY Marching Band, who they will perform "Good as Hell" with in their first event to be judged by Lizzo and the legendary choreographer Tanisha Scott.
