Emma runs into Caroline, an old college friend who is a real word mill. Unable to get a sentence in, Emma lets Caroline believe that she does not have any children and introduces Clara as her neighbor. When the job that Caroline gets for Clara turns into a fiasco, things get complicated for Emma. Meanwhile, Fred tries his best to put together a piece of furniture to give as a present to Jean and Helena, who is very close to having the baby.
