Gallant, now a full-fledged doctor, helps to show her the ropes. Romano returns from his medical leave. Susan is still seeing Chuck. The ER is being rennovated, causing Weaver to scream a lot.

Meanwhile, Tony feels guilty about having spicy thoughts about Claire and Franklyn is still out for Junior's spot on the Kyle family.
