When Krypto and Streaky meet up with a fire Dalmatian named Smokey, who has the worried of a new puppy on his mind. Streaky assumes the new dog is a Smokey "replacement", much to Krypto's disbelief. Streaky gets the bright idea to use Krypto as Smokey's super-double.
When Jerry WOOHPs the girls right in the middle of a homegrown mani-pedi (courtesy of Clover, see b-story), they know it must be serious... and it is. Jerry informs the spies that fellow teen spy hottie Britney (from ""Alex Quits"") has crashed in a WOOHP chopper on a remote island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jerry explains to them that the island is a top secret holding facility for WOOHP's most dangerous baddies (humans, robots, mutants, aliens, you name it)! Just when the girls think things couldn't get any worse, Jerry informs them that Britney's chopper destroyed the island's security system when it went down -- and now the island's ""residents"" are running totally wild. And one more thing: the girls only have a few hours to save Britney before the island self destructs! In a b-story, Clover becomes a ""Beautylicious Betty"" -- a peddler of overpriced, shoddy beauty products that eventually enrage all of her customers.
In an attempt to talk to Sydney, Katya Derevko deliberately poisons herself and is temporally taken out from her cell. Once Nadia tells her sister about this, Sydney visits her aunt to tell her to stay away from Nadia. However, Katya unsettles Sydney by telling her that someone framed her mother as a means of getting her killed. Sydney sets off in search of the truth behind this story. Meanwhile, Vaughn becomes a rogue agent by getting involved with the people who might know his father's whereabouts. In the end, he and Sydney find out that the man behind these two plots is no other than A. Sloane. However, things are not exactly as they seem to be.
When the body of a young woman is discovered at a laundry facility, the bed sheets she is wrapped in lead Mac and Stella back to an upscale New York hotel that houses diplomats from around the world when the United Nations is in special session. Meanwhile, Danny and Aiden investigate the death of a homeless man found dressed as a human statue. By all accounts, the prank is deemed a misdemeanor, but Danny decides to delve further and his refusal to stop the investigation puts him at odds with Mac.

After Stu sells an invention, he tells the kids that he's splurging on a built-in swimming pool. While digging up the yard, the construction crew unearths the Rats' old mechanical Reptar toy. The kids fondly remember it, but decide to throw it away, until, during an electrical storm, they become convinced that they've angered Reptar. They ultimately decide to rescue the toy, and realize that, although they're growing up, they can't forget their past.
The whole school has caught Yu-Gotta-Go fever, a role playing card game, except Chuckie. When he finally starts playing, it becomes an obsession, and he's hired by Angelica to do her chores in exchange for more cards. He becomes one of the school's elite players, but in the pursuit of an elusive card, he nearly parts with the valuable stamp collection that Chas has passed down to him. It's up to his friends to keep him from getting in over his head.
