In order to find more about the Phantom, the woman requests the heroes to unmask his identity.

Meanwhile, Lana decides to rent the apartment above the café to Adam even though she feels he is hiding something dangerous about his past.

When Manny's worst fears are realized, she finds support from Spike, Emma and even Craig, who takes the news surprisingly well. Toby's feeling more and more shut out of JT's new world of hanging with the cool kids, especially when Jimmy invites JT to DJ Mad Bullets concert. So Toby comes up with a plan to win Jimmy over: he'll hack into the school's computer system and alter Jimmy's math grade. After all, if there's one thing a nerd like Toby knows, it's computers! So what can go wrong?

However, the visit turns sour when Martin catches his father kissing Roxanne. Meanwhile, Chandler and Paris reevaluate their relationship in the wake of her ex-husband's return, and Roxanne comes to blows with Martin's aunt over their differing views on the war in Iraq. Lastly, Vic tries to join the Marines and talks to a supervisor over the matter.

In the midst of the blackout, super sleuths Nessa and Delinda attempt to find the casino killer, while a semi-delirious Sam flirts with paranoia as she suspects the murder to be part of an elaborate cover-up. Elsewhere, a trapped Danny and Mary spend the blackout rehashing some old feelings, while a claustrophobic Mike works tirelessly to free Ed and himself from the lockdown surveillance room.
