Problem is they do, there won't be enough left for the wage increase. At the same time, the man whom Kelly is doing this for, gets in trouble when Doc Brandon thinks he is abusing his wife. And his wife turns to Ice for help.

Curar is back, and she's hunting members of the Society of Assassins before they can kill her for failing to assassinate Gotham's district attorney. Mutura Bootha, the last Society member still standing, enlists Batman's aid in stopping her, adding that if he falls, Batman is next on her list. As further incentive, he's planted a bomb in Gotham that will go off if he doesn't enter a code every hours. Unfortunately Bruce Wayne is in Malaysia, unreachable due to a hurricane. Batman enlists an eager Max to help, leaving him to protect Bootha, find the bomb, and -- hardest of all -- keep Max from getting too involved.

Sid and his only friend Debby cloak themselves as attractive in order to party like beautiful people. Debby regrets duping a hunky co-worker into bed, but Sid moves into his dreamworld and won't move out.
Sliders
Season 5, Episode 18
The sliders arrive in a world where their exploits are well known through the efforts of a man called the 'Seer'. As they prepare for their final jump home the Seer warns them that instant death awaits. Eventually they discover something is blocking their jumps. An alternate way is discovered, but only one of them can go. Rembrandt decides he will jump back to his home world to continue the fight against the Kromaggs.
