Haunted Collector
Season 1, Episode 5
The team examines a Civil War-era "pain bullet" found in the backyard that may be causing paranormal activity in a house in Sharpsburg, Maryland. Then they travel to River Vale, New Jersey, site of the Baylor Massacre where a 21-year-old college student is the victim of the malevolent spirit of a British Revolutionary War soldier who keeps pinning him down to the bed while he sleeps. They also believe the owner's wood carved statue from the Bahamas ties in with the hauntings since the practice of obeah is steeped in sorcery and folk magic.

When another patient comes down with the same infection, the team realize they're dealing with a highly contagious and resistant bacterial strain, with no idea what it is, where it came from or how to stop it from spreading. Colonel Marks is left with no choice but to quarantine the OR, ICU and the recovery room, so that the Role 3 medics are forced to do surgery in the dining hall. Meanwhile, Rebecca accompanies Pedersen off base to the Women's Clinic, where they find a local in dire need of emergency life-saving surgery.
