The Enterprise crew is dispatched by Starfleet Command to assist Fortunate, a human freight vessel that has been attacked by Nausicaan pirates. On arriving, they are surprised to find that Fortunate's crew is resistant to Archer's efforts to help them and determined to seek revenge against their attackers, no matter the repercussions.

Meanwhile, Joey is working on a project about old love letters written by an obscure writer, and with the help of Audrey's audition tape for ""The Real World: Ibiza"", she manages to catch something no one of the fellow students caught. Pacey confronts Karen about the risks she is taking for having an affair with Danny, and Karen is hurt when Danny's wife shows up at a dinner party and he blows her off completely.
Felicity
Season 4, Episode 7
Ben refuses to talk to Felicity, and will only go near her to retrieve his belongings. Felicity drops by the loft in the middle of the night to leave him a note. Ben's mother flies in to visit his dad. She announces that Mr. Covington has shown enough improvement to be placed on the transplant list again. Ben is stunned to learn that his parents are getting back together. He is not angry, but worries that his father will continue to hurt his mother. Meghan comforts a devastated Felicity, and assures her that she and Ben belong together. Meghan lashes out at Ben for not even listening to Felicity's apology. Sean takes Meghan's support of Felicity as a sign that she has no problem with cheating, but she reminds Sean that the situation has nothing to do with their marriage. Ben meets Felicity at a restaurant, but becomes uncomfortable as she tries to explain what happened with Noel. He runs out. He tells Sean that he wants to forgive Felicity, but just can't bring himself to do

Jim has a perfect game, but just when he was about to bowl his final strike, the power goes off and he is left with either waiting for it to return or giving up being perfect. Cheryl surprises him by bringing the Thanksgiving dinner to the alley so Jim's family and friends can witness his perfect game.
