Raven’s best friend, Eddie, gets his driver’s license, and he decides to buy a car with Raven and Chelsea. Raven and Chelsea boss Eddie around by creating a "voting" system -- tilted in their favor—and even painting their beloved car pink. After being their valet for too long, Eddie takes a drive to the countryside by himself. Sheriff Jefferson (Tim Reid) arrests Eddie on suspicion of being "The Pink Bandit", who is responsible for a string of recent burglaries in the area. Eddie enlists Raven's help, and she a disguise to assist her friend. Back at home, Stanley sells Cory cologne that he says will attract girls, but it turns out to attract dogs.

After Lilly embarrasses her at a Hannah Montana concert along with added pressure from her "Hannah Friends", Miley decides to lie to Lilly and tell her that the birthday party for Kelly Clarkson that they were going to was called off. Miley attends the party as Hannah but must cover up her lie when she lands on the front page of the news. Jackson meets a beautician named Nina at work who asks if she could use him to practice on. He's more than happy to oblige the pretty lady, not knowing that it's one of Rico's pranks.

Brock and the others don't believe it, until they reach the next town and find a saloon full of locals looking for the golden Sudowoodo. They also meet Keenan, the golden Sudowoodo's Trainer, who can't explain why it's golden or why it ran away from him. Our heroes happily decide to help Keenan find Sudowoodo, yet Keenan doesn't seem to want the help.

As a radiant Joly steps out of the wedding car, Matt sheds a tear - he is about to marry the woman of his dreams. But his moment is shattered when he sees Joly has invited his mum. He didn't know they'd even met - has she told Joly the truth about his past? Chanel's invited thuggish boyfriend Jimmy to the reception to make Rees feel jealous. Things soon get out of hand when he tries to force himself on her in the backyard. Rees rushes to the rescue but it's Cash who proves a match for Jimmy. He plays the hero, ensuring Jimmy won't hurt Chanel again and scoring big brownie points all around. When Bruno finally turns up at the reception he gives Matt an ultimatum - tell Joly the truth, or he will. Matt knows what he's got to do - but is he going to end up losing everything?

While visiting Brown, Seth runs into Anna on the quad and they instantly connect. Could this be the end of Summer and Seth? Meanwhile, Kirsten and Sandy attend a hospital benefit where Kirsten vents her frustrations and falls back into an old habit.

Breck was originally assigned to work at the shelter as part of a his probation for drug related offences, but the plight of the women and children seeking help had gotten to him and he had continued to work for the shelter, even going so far as to sleep with rich older women to get donations to help the shelter. The team is surprised to learn how little faith Breck's family and friends had in him, discovering that his friends had staged in 'intervention' the night he went missing, trying to convince him to walk away from his new life.
