The killing is eerily similar to other murders committed by the man. Making the case more urgent is the fact that the convicted strangler hints that he will kill again upon release. Elsewhere, Scotty confronts Christina about her past and tries to get her to talk to a New York detective.

Although initially they begin looking into a website that gives instructions on how to committ suicide, their investigation leads them to the unsolved suicide of Edie Elverson, one of Ruggiero's co-workers, whom he had once testifed against in a harrassment suit. Goren soon realises that another of the company's employees, Hubert Skoller, is trying very hard to push them to an answer.

Stan Smith is mad because after getting his wife a job (or "hobby") as a Real Estate agent, she makes more money than him. In the meantime, his daughter Hayley ran a program that helped the homeless, and Stan's son Steve had an idea to have a Bum Fight program. To get back and to try to gain more money than his wife, Stan takes Steve's idea and starts a Bum Fight Night where he takes bets and treats the homeless like wrestlers. But with the homeless petition, Stan has to end up fighting like a homeless man himself.

Sue learns that Troy is being blamed for armed robbery. Sue and Jack set out to prove whether he was part of the armed robbery or not. Darcy has gotten a job in Los Angeles and asks that Bobby go with her to Las Angeles. Bobby and his girlfriend both realize that they've each made the decision regarding Darcy's news. Bobby and Tara begin a relationship with each other. They soon find out that they have lost their love for their respective partners. Troy insists that he didn't do anything in the armed robbery. After the FBI learns of new video of the armed robbery Sue finds out Troy misled her because he is in the video.

After succeeding, Jack sends his army to fight the Warriors and ultimately wins, trapping them inside the Xiaolin Temple. Also, two new Shen-Gong-Wu are revealed, the Fountain of Hui and the Eagle Scope, that when combined, are able to reveal the greatest secrets of the universe -- and how to rid the world of evil forever. While the Warriors are trapped, Chase tries to find these Wu first.
